Use AWS Builder Center to level up fast

AWS Builder Center is a hub for learning paths, events, and community. It is not a job or a certification.

Use AWS Skill Builder and AWS Training to learn. Then validate with AWS Certification.

AWS Community Builders is a recognition and mentorship program that boosts visibility. It is not a salaried role.

High-ROI events

re:Invent, AWS Summits and workshops, AWS Community Day, and local AWS User Groups.

30-day plan

Week 1, choose a focus (serverless, data, containers, ML), enable budgets and billing alerts, and follow a Skill Builder plan. Week 2, build a small project with three or more services (e.g., API Gateway + Lambda + DynamoDB or S3 + Glue + Athena). Week 3, publish a README and demo, and ask for feedback at a user group. Week 4, take an official practice test, fix weak domains, schedule the real exam, and add monitoring and IaC to your project.

Cost safety

use Free Tier, create a monthly budget and alerts, and tag resources. Also, clean up daily, seriously it prevents bills from sneaking up.

The fastest path

pick a focus, build something small, publish it, ask one specific question at an event, and repeat.
